What if I need to skip or reschedule a service?
We understand life can get busy! If you need to skip or reschedule, just contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll adjust your schedule accordingly.

Do I need to be home for the service?
No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete our service. If you have specific gate access instructions, please let us know.

What if the weather is bad?
For extreme weather conditions (such as heavy snow or thunderstorms), we may need to reschedule for safety. We’ll keep you informed and arrange a new time as soon as possible
