Not only do we provide dog waste removal services, we also purchase, install and maintain pet waste stations. We work for Property Owners Associations or POA’s, Homeowners Associations or HOA’s, and apartment complexes all over Fairview, Brentwood, Franklin, Leiper’s Fork, College Grove, Thompson’s Station, Nolensville & Spring Hill. We currently work with several dozen property managers across these cities.

Sometimes referred to as dog poop bag dispensers, Poop Patrol will visit each station on a regular basis and make sure each station has been maintained properly. That includes:

Emptying the trash bag;
Replenishing the dog poop bags;
Wiping down the stations as needed;
And even making minor repairs to the stations when needed.

This gives the property manager or the board members peace of mind knowing that their community will be properly taken care of. Want more security? We even take a picture of each completely maintained pet waste station and upload the image to your client portal. That way you can see that it’s been done properly. As an added bonus, if you have more than 5 stations, we will customize a small label to identify the station. This makes it easier to figure out which station needs special attention.
